The accordion player Valery Rüb from Ludwigshafen studied piano and accordion in Kyrgyzstan, and from 1976 to 1992 he was artistic director of the Department of Public Health at Bishkek State University. In addition to radio and television recordings as well as many years of concert activity, he is a prize-winner of numerous competitions. At the Theater Ludwigshafen (Pfalzbau) he played, among other things, With Harry Kupfer, René Kollo and August Everding.
He also plays in duo with his wife Galine Rüb - the duo captivates with a great repertoire and special sound. Well-known pieces from classical music, folklore, chanson, tangos as well as evergreens and pop stilecht presented.
